    This is 295. I am wearing Adidas powerlift 3 shoes and a 4 inch 13 mm belt. Video posted as requested in my previous post.

    Your stance is a little too wide and you are lifting your chest on every rep. Narrow your stance. Drive the knees out and initiate this squat with your hips. Think of driving your butt up first. The good news is that weight looks light for you.

    Thanks for your time Tom. I've been self critiquing myself up to this point and thought these looked good. This gives me something to work on.
