revisit squat form
Hey Tom.
It's been a couple of weeks, I got my Do-Win's and a session with an ssc (Joyce Luke). It would be great if you could take another look and see what you think of my progress. Joyce is a great coach and I highly recommend in person coaching for anyone thinking about it. real time feedback from a qualified coach is invaluable in my opinion. Thanks for your time.

Most of those reps are a little high, although the last one was probably deep enough. It is tough to tell for sure with a video taken from a standing position. Work to make your descent smoother. You are a little slow and wobbly. Knees need to go out and stay out while getting forward enough to allow you to stay in balance. Overall not bad, but get deeper and do your best to make your descent more consistent and balanced. Glad you were able to train with Joyce. She is pretty damn cool.
