    Heh, I can't read it either. Someone on Tom's forum did post some info about their training programs though. It does seem to work pretty well, and they lift 5-6 days per week for the advanced guys. I believe (might be wrong) that the whole team is IPF single-ply, so I am sure that makes a difference in the percentages compared to raw, especially if some of the program is done without the gear.

    google translate handled it fine. Squat bench deadlift from blocks etc not that difficult. This is for raw or equipped it has instructions on what to enter. I translated my excel copy if anyone wants to have a look at it
