I bought some knee sleeves for warmth while lifting. They're the cheap ones. I hope to invest in some neoprene ones soon. I have discovered that they make cold weather walks much more enjoyable.

I never squat without my Blue Rehband 7051 sleeves, they are worth the price.

As much as I like my rehbands, if you're competing I strongly recommend checking out the sbd sleeves.

I would really like to buy some knee sleeves soon. It's amazing how expensive they are. I just did a quick search on the sbd knee sleeves, $90. the rehbands are close if not slightly more. What makes those brands more expensive? Are they supposed to last longer? Or do they offer more support? I would hope for it to have both of those qualities.

Sbd sleeves give a few lbs of rebound out of the bottom, hence their popularity. Rehbands aren't stiff or tight enough to give you more weight, they just feel really good when they're on. Your knees will be super toasty, comfortable, and sweating like crazy.

I use an inexpensive pair of McDavid knee sleeves. They provide warmth and just enough compression to improve support. I've had mine for a little over a year, used them in a USAPL meet and think they are great first knee sleeve for those concerned about their benefits and money. I'm sold on sleeves and will be moving on to something better for competing.

Titan Support has a knee sleeve I've seen on many people. Haven't used them so I don't have an opinion on them, but here is a link http://www.titansupport.com/products...s/knee-sleeves

Just ordered some RDX wraps. Not expensive and have good reviews.
