I think you're right. Get your knees out and drop the weight to a number you can actually squat. Looking down helps, as I think I have mentioned before.
Rip...Please look at my back squat and let me know what you think. I feel like when I'm squatting that I am going down real low (surely everyone does). But looking at the video now I think I don't go low enough.
I'm considering resetting the weight and working on depth. What do you think?

Thanks. Sometimes reinforcement of the obvious helps. About half the time I look down and half the time I don't. Trying to recover from years of being told to look up.
