    2 videos, first is my 3rd set this morning, failed the 5th rep and yelled an obscenity.

    This is the second set, where I got 5, but am I not doing the shrug / lock out correctly?

    Weight is 160. I did 157.5 for 3 sets of 5 on Monday, but it was a real grind.

    I'm 43, 6'0, now 198 lbs (up from about 180 in April).
