    Taking a deep breath and lifting your chest before every rep will ensure that your upper back is extended, allowing you to bend over more.

    Leading with your chest out of the hole instead of driving up your ass kills the bar speed and makes the rep harder.

    So, at the top it's "chest up". At the bottom it's "drive your ass up".

    You’re hanging out at the bottom just a hair too long. Hit depth and then immediately drive your hips up.

    Speaking of hips, look at the last rep and tell us why the bar speed ground to a halt.

    Other than that, these look really good.

    I would focus more on staying bent over out of the bottom than the speed coming out of the bottom. I don't see any actual pause, so I'd be more focused on keeping the chest down.
