    Rip,

Attached is my log for the past 20 weeks. Few questions:

    1) Squat has gone up 80 lbs & note by the different highlighting that the increases were at smaller & then larger increments. Does this mean my neuromuscular system is firing more efficiently or that the muscles are getting stronger or a combo of both? My guess would be both.

    2) I'm finally figuring out the PC well enough to include in the log & it's only been for the past few weeks.

    3) Overall, for no "live" coaching & my farting around w/ this stuff, does it look like the novice program is progressing as expected? Eventually I'll add reverse hyper & sit-up's. I intend to continue the novice program for the next 4 to 6 months.

    Mucho gracias,
    Stevo

And I detect a distinct lack of beer on offer as well.

When your muscles become more neurally efficient then you have become stronger. These two concepts are the same.

    2) This is not a question, this is a statement

    3) If you have been progressing workout to workout then the novice progression is working for you. You don't need a coach to tell you that

    Also,
No trainer or coach on this board is going to go through and read and analyze a 20 week log.

Not trying to be a dick, but more specific questions tend to get better answers, unless they have been asked repeatedly.
