Two questions:
a) I have stalled and resetted the squat 4 times, always reaching 130kg or thereabouts. The thing is, I have not inserted front squats/lighter back squats at all, and have been going heavy 3x/week all along. Should I insert the "light" squat day or move on to another program?
b) What is the longest time you have ever had a trainee on the beginner routine (ignoring quitters, pussies etc.)
