Hey Coach - I'm loving SS so far and really enjoying eating whatever the hell I want. I have to ask, what is your favorite fast food burger? I don't know if you have IN N OUT down in Texas, but I've been eating a 4x4 at least every other day since starting the program. I've dabbled with the triple bacon cheeseburger from Wendy's and the new Sirloin burger at Jack in the crack, but I always end up coming back to the 4x4.

In 'n Out, by far. And it is the official burger of The Big Lewbowski. We don't have them here, but I get around.

If you're ever anywhere near suburban phillidelphia you owe yourself a trip to Chee-burger Chee-burger. They make a 20 oz burger that if you finish it they take your picture. Awesome.

I like In 'n Out too but I think Five Guys Famous Burgers and Fries is better. I'm curious, have you had their burgers before? There are a few in Texas but most of them are around the D.C. area.

The In-N-Out 4x4 is indeed a solid post training choice, although I personally prefer two double-doubles, one with onions and the other animal style. The only real downside of In-N-Out is that the fries suck, although my girlfriend thinks they are great.

I should note that the local In-N-Out once made a 666x666 for some Caltech students back in the late 90's. The burger was so big, the students who ordered it had to weld up a steel trough to hold the thing.

Every time I eat a fucking Whataburger I smell like a Whataburger for about 2 days. Like eating menudo. Something funny in the meat, maybe.
