    Default Tennis elbow, help!

    How can I fix tennis elbow? I got it when I was working as a carpenter and weight training at the same time. At the time, I also started doing dumbbell floor presses. Not sure if that did it or not. How can I fix it?

    Mine went away after adding in some curl work. Took a couple of months, though. I was operating under the "muscle imbalance" theory.

    I can't swear that any of this will fix anything, but here goes (I had golfers elbow, so YMMV)

    Fat grip work. I did Fat Dead Lifts. The first couple times it felt like I was flushing blood through all of the tissue in my forearms.
    If you are doing chins, try switching to pull-ups and vice versa.
    Take turmeric, lots of it.
