Default Knee pain when passing 90° when squatting

    Age, Gender, current training status
    18, male, novice

    Chief Complaint
Whenever I pass 90° while squatting I experience a dull pain under and to the right of my right patella. It only lasts a second and I only experience it when descending.

Narrative describing the mechanism of injury
So I basically was an idiot and didn't pay attention to my knees when squatting, as they were caved in and not aligned with my toes. Did squat like this for months, didn't use much weight, though(~150 pounds).

Pain (on a scale of 1-10)
At most 3-4 (when squatting with improper form). Almost no pain when squatting with properly warmed up legs and good form.

    Describe the pain
It's a shooting and dull kind of pain.

    What makes it better?
    Rest.

    What makes it worse?
    Jumping, Running

How do your symptoms behave throughout the day?
Knee cracks sometimes when walking, also a feeling of instability.
Obviously pain when squatting and picking something up, while not paying attention to my leg positioning.

    Signs and Symptoms
No swelling or bruising at all.

I've read some of the other threads on here and even though nobody had a problem like mine, I think it's some form of PTFS.
So should I just pop some Ibuprofen, drop the weights and work through it with proper form?

    Thanks

Sorry, had a lot of stuff to do over the weekend. I used my phone camera, because I don't have a better one at the moment, hope that's okay.
Went to the doctor, he said it's an irritation behind my knee cap suggested ibo, rest and cooling (he is not orthopedist though, just a regular one).

I recorded myself from two perspectives:

I only used the bar without weight, so I wouldn't fuck my knee further up in case I did something wrong.
