185lb powerclean @ 5'9, 183lbs and tubby. My max is about 215 or so

Camera gave out after the first rep, better video to come.

Other than getting my elbows up, which I normally do, any issues?

Also: you can look in the mirror reflection to get an exact perpendicular angle to see my back set up.

    thanks in advance,

I was busy with my internet flame war with PMDL, sorry.

As you know, it's difficult to tell from one rep what might be a real problem or just an isolated error. Only thing I can identify for sure is what you've already pointed out: slow elbows into the rack. Using a hook grip or not?

what I've noticed personally is that when I focused on just the jumping aspect of the lift, I had trouble racking it, or I would stop mid lift etc. When I focused on violently throwing/extending myself back, I seemed to get a lot more pop.

This may or may not be corollary

BCS is right, Stronger, it took me several tries with Youtube's shitty flashplayer to pause it at the right points to see, but you're not finishing the pull.

You have good aggression on the clean, but you are snapping your head back pretty violently. This is unlikely to help the lift much, but it may hurt your neck. A lot of people look up a bit in the clean (myself included), but I would watch out for that head snap.
