I've read the book twice through. There are no coaches in my area that I can find yet, still looking. I live in upstate NY so I might head to Lake Placid sometime soon, they must have plenty of coaches there.
But for now, it would be a great help to know if I'm doing these at least somewhat correctly. I just found myself over extending on the DLs and taking too long in the second part of the PC... just from watching myself on video... but now's your chance.

Lock your knees out by squeezing the muscles around your knees hard and keep them that way. In fact, the whole movement looks "loose" and you could stand to tighten up everything more (knees, ass, abs). Your elbows also have a tendency to drift behind the bar as the set progresses. Get them under the bar a little more and keep them there and you'll be fine.

Bad angle to be filming this.
When you're down there setting up, turn you toes out more and allow a little corresponding knee flare (your knees are actually knock-kneed in this video).
You're racking the bar with you feet displaced waaaayyyy too wide. Try to stomp down into your same footprint as you rack.

I was using that angle because I caught myself tugging on the bar from the bottom and not squeezing the bar off the floor. Plus, I wanted to see if I was using my arms to get the bar up... I don't think I am.
Next time I'll use a side view.
Thanks.
