Hey,
I'm member in ANQ - Anonymous Non-Squatters, commited to squatting every day. Working on my technique.
This is a side-view video, I'll shot a front one later too, but I did not notice anything unrodinary there, knees are stable and not travelling left and right, but from the side, I'm a little bit unsure. Do my kness travel too much forward? Should I go deeper? Be more upright?
I might have tight muscles and it is hard to detect as it feels okay to squat like that.
Any tips on how I can improve the technique to the maximum are welcome. I'm not backing off until it is as flawless as my physical abilities allow it to be

You have not read the book. You have not looked at the squat sticky. You are merely leg pressing a light weight with the bar on your traps. And you need to pull your sweats down.
