Buy the box section tubing, a corded drill, and a cheap Aldi/Lidl stick welder, and let rip! It's a piece of piss.

If you can find a decent steelwork fabricator/blacksmith, don't ever make the mistake of saying there's "no hurry" though. I've learnt that the hard way....
