    I think this mirrors well with 5/3/1. Since adopting the 5/3/1 template my outlook on programming has matured. The main reason I stopped making progress was because I was too focused on getting strong NOW, instead of setting more realistic goals over a longer period of time. Good read.

    I kind of dig that program and this
    t's one thing to be strong as a football player but if you can't move, you're worthless.

    Agreed. There's such an emphasis on no running for a lot of strength trainers, but I enjoy running. I want to be able to move well. I don't mind extending LP in order to run.
