I've looked all over the internet trying to find out how he trained, but cant seem to find anything. Can someone share his routines if you have them?
I know he is one of the all time greats and I would like to see how he trained.
    Thanks.

His training was a mix of sheiko type of working and some Western stuff.

    I'm surprised it's a 3 day a week routine.

This is powerlifting not Olympic weightlifting no need for some Broz type of nonsense. Many powerlifters even on high level don't train more than 3-5 times a week. There are even some cases like Jacoby who did all the three lifts once a week and had an extra day for just some assistance work. He was IPF champion. Nuff said.

I was just curious about his training. I train Westside style, but I'm open to anything else that might be beneficial to add to it.
