Coach in Buffalo NY?

Anyone know of a good coach who knows Rip's squatting style in Buffalo NY who would provide instruction on the basic low bar squat? I've been screwing around with trainers and videotaping myself for too long. I need someone who knows his stuff. See below for where my squat is currently at:

I think Josh Wells lives in NY now... He used to train/work at WFAC, so he'd be your best bet. But off the top of my head I'm not exactly sure WHERE in NY he's at
