the problem with strength training happens when you stop doing it

the muscle mass which gets built turns into fat

training with different tensioned “bungee” cords is a better alternative for most than “free weights”

a medicine ball will do wonders as well
the good old fashioned leather basketball one – 15 lbs
or a large variety of rubberized balls ranging in 15 lbs down to a couple lbs
which can bounce and can be used in tons of applications

given me a medicine ball and a good jump rope and im good to go

the only reason i exercise, nowadays, is the simple fact my life works better when i do versus the alternative

Specifically, she's a forensic psychologist. If you're interested in better understanding where she is coming from when she says, "I used to disagree and think that intellect was more important. I’m not so sure anymore; on days that I feel good, my life seems perfect, when I feel ill, not so much", read about her adventures with heart disease.

Yeah...but quite frankly I wouldn't know where to begin. I'm a little boggled by what I'm seeing there.

I guess you're seeing the general public. It has been a long time since I was around them except at the store.

Isn't that an experience? I hope I never stop going grocery shopping.

This is what its like to listen to all my classmates in my Sports Prevent and Care class. I want to tell them otherwise, but I feel it would just lead to an argument because my physique isn't the best although I'm helluva lot stronger than any of them. People go by whos the biggest or looks the best
