I didn't see a thread on this, if there is one and I missed it, well, Rippetoe probably won't approve this.

The 3rd Edition Hardcover is available to order from The Aasgaard Company now. As far as I can tell it is not available on Amazon(yet?).

Yeah, it's ready to go. Amazon won't have it, at least for a while. Only available here: http://aasgaardco.com/store/store.ph...on=show_detail

We may end up selling them only through our website. The idea was to have the high-quality library binding at a reasonable price, not the absurd values you find for many other textbooks. Selling the special binding of the first (monkey) printing through our site allows us to do that.

If I had known that the shipping would be much more expensive, I'd have bought the softcover like all the cool guys.

Thanks to the both of you, Stef and Rippetoe, for mentioning the possiblity of not being avaliable on Amazon. I was originally going to try and wait as I have $200+ in promotional and gift credit for Amazon.

    Just placed my order.

My only complaint about the 2nd edition was that pages were fell out after a week of use. The hardcover is a welcome addition.

I thought you were putting together a group order, Carlos? Your friends' + yours will fit just fine in the one box and the shipping won't be any more expensive than the batch of softies would have been. Email me at the store address and we'll figure things out.
