Temporary program ideas?
Hey everyone. I was hoping to get some insight on my situation. I broke my hand last week and went to the gym yesterday for the first time since. I can still squat but that's the only SS lift I can do.
Yesterday, I did squats - 3 x 5 185
machine back extensions - 210 - 3 x 5
leg raises - 3 x failure - 15, 15, 12
decline sit ups - 3 x failure - 20, 20, 18
leg curls - 3 x 5 - of whatever machine weight it was
What else can I do? I was thinking of alternating failure and 3 x 5 weighted sit ups if that's not a laughable idea. Haven't trained abs seriously ever and joked around 3 years ago so I don't even know if you can mix hypertrophy and strength focuses like that. But still, any thoughts on a program? I imagine I can't do the exact same workout every time, 3 times a week.

Good Mornings and Zercher Squats will build your Deadlift and Squat, and shouldnt bother your hand.
