Squat Check, Hips shooting back?
I'm working my way back up on squats after pulling or tearing something near what I believe is my hamstring attachment shortly after the new year. I tried the Starr rehab protocol without much change, and then ended up getting sick for a while and did not attempt to squat or pull "heavy" for about 6 weeks. I started back up with linear progression one month ago at 245 for 3 sets of 5. This video is my third set at #300. It doesn't feel particularly heavy, but I wanted to get a form check before going much further.

- To me it looks like all these reps in this set are a touch high.
- Also looks like I'm pushing my hips back a little too much instead of up.
Thanks for any feedback.

Your depth looks OK. Think about your hips and chest rising at the same time. You MIGHT have to think about leading with your chest just a little bit.
