    Your depth isn't quite there, which I think is because your stance is too narrow. Your heels are just under your shoulders and your toes are turned out a lot. Keep your toes where they are and move your heels out a quarter inch in either direction. Once there, remember: knees out the whole time (down and up).

    You also seem to slow down at the bottom of your squat for some reason. You've gotta tap your depth then get the fuck outta dodge. Don't wait around, don't hesitate. Find the right depth (which can be fixed by pushing your knees out with more zest and fervor), then immediately begin the hip drive out of the bottom.

    Regarding hip drive, remind yourself that you lead out of the bottom with your hips. Your ass should try to come up first, causing an almost imperceptible shift in your back angle. Right now, your hip drive isn't quite there.

    You also seem to relax your upper back a little bit (looks like a little bit of thoracic flexion) at the bottom. Stop doing that. Think "chest up".

    So to recap: play around with a slightly wider stance, knees out (both down and up), drive up out of the bottom immediately, lead with the hips to get the hip drive right.
