Are you doing high bar or low bar? You seem to be leading with your chest, vs "driving the hips." The bar may also be high for a low bar squat, while the depth is way below parallel, more ATG than "breaking parallel."
Hey there. I was hoping someone could pick apart my squat. I think I'm overextending my back and I can't seem to get my head position right for the life of me, but otherwise how does it look. This is me squatting 205 for 5 reps on my third set

I am a novice too but one problem i can spot is that you must look down and not look at the mirror as i think you are doing. Looking down is the first step of hip drive..
