    Default Newbie B workout day form checks.

    Some video of my B day lifts. I took last week off cause I hurt my foot at work so I backed my press off from 185 to 175 and my cleans from 90 to 80. 80 proved to be too much for me so I only did the one set. I won't bother putting the video here.

    I don't know why my phone camera freezes up like that. My gf suggested I put it on airplane mode because it roams while I'm in the weightroom.

    Squat 200 3 angles this time, and I got my feet in there better. My depth looks better than the last video. My bar path could be much better. I'm definitely shifting my weight to my left foot coming up sometimes. The ends of the bar don't always travel evenly.

    Bench 175 I missed the last rep on this video. I asked my spotter not to touch it unless I said something, but he didn't listen.
