    Default Speed Deadlifts

    • starting strength seminar august 2024
    • starting strength seminar october 2024
    • starting strength seminar december 2024
    I've started them with 1 pull every 30 seconds x 15.

    Are there advantages to doing doubles every minute instead, say x10? Other recommendations? Or does it really make too little difference to care?

    This week I only did 56% of my tested 1RM, but I am adding 5 pounds per week.

    If I may chime in, singles make a lot of sense since the lift itself does not have an eccentric phase. It does not really matter though.

    I'm not sure if moderated posts make it through on the mobile app tapatalk, but I saw in Andy's log today that he did 15 singles on a 30 sec clock.

    He probably wants to be just like me.
