I’m going to buy a 2 foot long block of wood at Home Depot. What’s the best size for this exercise? 2x4, 2x8, or a 4x4?

    Thanks?

4x4 will be less prone to falling over, case closed.

    foam roller works pretty good.

I bring this up because if you go to a bigger chain globo gym, they are typically laying around those places.

Rather than bringing your own block of wood to the gym.

Thanks. For home gym so I’ll go with the wood block.
