    Prepping for my first powerlifting meet middle of next year.

    Goal: Easily total over 1300

    Current 1RM:
    Squat: 455 Objective: 550
    Deadlift: 425 Objective: 500
    Bench: 325 Objective: 350
    Overhead: 205 Objective: 225

    Current weight: 260 Objective: 240

    Protocol: 5/3/1

    Sunday(Max testing):
    Squats - 245x5 295x5 325x5 375x5 425x3 455x1 (New max) 225x10x3
    Overhead Press: 135x5x2 155x5 180x3 205x1 (New max) 135x8x3

    Took a week off due to back soreness. Working on better form

    DL: 195x5,225x5, 275x5, 325x5 355x5 385x3 (didn't press myself on this)
    Leg Curls 150x10, 160 x10, 170x10\
