Do you think there would be any harm to adding another light day between intensity day and volume day and continuing with the every-other-day routine? I don't know if I'm OCD or what, but I feel like the two days off in a row make me groggy and feel off.
So my week would be: VD, LD, ID, LD and then back to VD.
I realize adding a light day would result in an extra day before I got to another ID since there would be 3 days between ID and VD now, but if that won't cause any significant impact I'd rather go that route.
I should also add that I had to adjust my ID to include 2 back-off sets at ~90% because I was having trouble with 1x5 being enough.
I wanted to run it by you and see what you thought. Something tells me this has been discussed before because surely I didn't think it up all by myself.
