recommend some home gym routines without power rack ?
hi all
i don't have power rack . i just have dumbbell bar, flat bench and weight plates but i want to change to barbell because changing weight at dumbbell is longer than barbell .
anyone recommend some home gym routines without power rack . deadlift or bent row is ok , i must change bench press to floor press ,
but how is back squat ? can i replace it by hack squat or front squat ? and how is ohp ?
my main goal simply is strength and healthy.
