    Looks like you are a little high and not "high" as in "just did a few lines of coke high," but "high" as in "the crease of thine hip has yet to descend below the top of the patella." That's whey there ain't a repo man I know that don't take speed. You are also taking too long between each rep. Just get tight and go.

    Alas, since you have not read the sticky, you did not get me a video that would allow me to be more definitive. I think that, at this point, about 70% to 80% of the threads that have been submitted recently come from people who do not do the one thing that is asked of them – read the sticky.

    Thanks, and sorry about the quality - I did take another shot at 45 degrees but I felt it was even less watchable. Next time I'll find a better set up.

    Shooting good video is not actually an easy task, but the time spent on doing so makes form checks much easier.
