    Hello Coaches,

thank you for taking a look at my press, which seems really low for my weight.
gone up from 165 to 202lbs at 6'3" on a measured nutrition plan on 4500 - 5000 calories.

First stall (3 missed workouts) was at 93.5lbs microloading at 1lbs.
Reset to 84lbs and failed again at 93.5lbs.
Microloading at 0.5lbs after second reset and this video was taken at 89.5 lbs (3rd set).
Maybe Ive taken the narrow grip a little too far.

I hope there is enough to see on the video...living in Asia and people are really strict about taking videos in public places. also the trainer who took the video was around 4'11" and I could not bring myself to ask him to hold the camera above his head...

seeing a ss coach here doesn't seem to be an option as I've tried for 8 months to get an appointment with the only available one here.

Yeah, I think your grip is a little too narrow. However, aside from that, there's nothing much wrong with the press from what little I can see in the video. How long are you resting between sets?

Hello Tom and thanks for taking the time!

Rest is 8 Minutes between sets.

I realized yesterday that we have the Ivanko Bars in our gym with 4 markings, where the knurling starts at 12.75 inches, so I've basically been gripping WAY too narrow the whole time, same with bench press. Gonna correct that with a tape measure today and report back after working back up to 93.5 lbs.

You are over 200 pounds, you are resting 8 minutes between sets (which might be almost too long at this weight), you are eating plenty of food, yet you are stalling below 100 pounds. Something else is up here. Take five minutes between sets and see if widening your grip helps. Do you sleep?

    will do.

Sleep is a solid 7 - 8 hours every day incl. weekends, alcohol is limited to 1-2 a week with a self imposed 4 drink limited.
I agree that something else is going on here and am scheduled to have my testosterone checked next week, just to rule that out as a possibility if nothing else.
