Thoroughly enjoyed this podcast Rip. I never get tired of hearing you explain the difference between 'training' and 'practice'. Thank you.

In the previous podcast to Rip's, Mike spoke about his own training. It was all a bit "functional". He even said he wasn't worried about how many plates on the bar. HERESY.
I think he's gotten the idea.
*That* was really, really good stuff. It has to be one of the best opportunities for Rip to lay it all out in a near perfect context that I have heard in some time, if not ever. Mike - and most likely his audience - is pretty much straight up the target audience for Starting Strength - not stupid, old enough to really care and genuinely interested in physical culture. Wow.
I had never heard of a Zercher squat until listening to this podcast. After seeing a video of it I hope to never hear of it again as it looks painful.
