    Default Deadlift Form Check - 520lbs

    I wanted some feedback on my deadlift - this is 520lbs for 4. I was doing this for volume today.

    I might not be locking out well and I see some grinding on the last rep.

    Nice deads! I would have you set your hips higher - where they are before you do the hip pop - as your zort of squating it up. This may be contributing some to your feet rocking around. And, yes, your last rep is hitchy, probably from getting tired.

    I'd say the hips definitely need to start higher. You'll see they rise up first before the bar leaves the floor. Getting the hips up higher should help you from rocking on your toes, like Jeff said. I think you should take heed of the 5 step process for deadlifting. You'll find it super handy.
