Quads burning from roman chair situps
I did a few sets of romain chair situps tonight, and my quads were on fire. Is this "normal"? Need a position change, or technique change? Or will this just subside with practice?
I've done these before (but not terribly often), and never got any pain in my quads before. Very weird.
