Squat form check
Hi guys
Squats have been feeling really good lately, especially since i bought some Hookgrip knee wraps. They really helped with the knee pain i had.
But the past couple of workouts i feel like ive been cutting the depth, and im not sure if my squats are shallow, or if im being too self critical here.
First set of 157 kg:

Watched it right after the set and thought that they were a bit shallow, so i decided to just go for 3 reps for the 2. and 3. set and try to get better depth

Your second set was much more acceptable. The reps for which the depth was questionable in the first set looked like a symptom of you not setting your knees properly, as in keeping them back too far.
