Squat: Stand tall at top. Sit back and bend over more. Hard to tell depth because of your rack.
Press: Hips forward first, then back as you drive overhead. Your lockout looks a little behind you.
Deadlift: Low back looks rounded. This looks like the most glaring issue of the three lifts. You never achieve a set back before your pull. Don't move the bar once you are in the setup position. Pull on it w/o moving it as you extend (attempt to arch) your low back and lift your chest. Tuck your chin down so that your line of sight is 12-15 feet in front of you on the floor.

    Thanks!
I'll remove this videos and upload a link showing lifts as per instructions.

I would keep the videos up so others can see what you were originally doing, what you were cued to do, and how you fixed it. Looks like you're not standing up all the way at the top of your squats. You're starting slightly bent over, if that makes sense.

This is highly frowned upon around here.

After reading the videos posting procedures I saw that all 3 videos failed to meet SS standards. That was why they were removed. I can repost them if the video quality doesn't offend. But I maybe damned if I do damned if I don't!

I would definitely put them back...a thread from last week when someone removed the videos; http://startingstrength.com/resource...m-check-2.html

If the lifts were easy there would not be an entire forum on "technique." It is helpful to you as an athlete, it is helpful to other athletes working on technique, and it is helpful to athletes who want to coach and use your video...along with others (SSC's) comments to learn how to critique the lifts.

Thick skin, most people who post videos receive many corrections.
