    Hi folks,

Relatively new to all this so want to make sure my form is spot on, all comments are welcome I assume I'm making quite a few mistakes.
Apologies the video isn't great my workout space is quite small so it made it hard to get everything in the frame I can get some more from different angles if it will help.

    Thanks

Welcome. This looks like a high bar squat. It isn't what is taught here and so we can't be particularly helpful to you. You squat a bit deeper than necessary. The setting looks a little dangerous but not sure.

    Hi,
I was trying to do the low bar squat so I will address my bar position.
    Too deep noted as well.

With regards to the setting looking dangerous is it anything in particular?
I usually squat in the rack so I can drop it if needs be but i couldn't get it on camera due to the small room so I moved over purely for the vid.

mgilchrest is correct about your back overextention. You need to tighten your abs hard. Like you're bracing for a punch in the gut. Right now, you're inhaling and doing nothing with the held breath.

That looks like a good low bar position. Hands can be moved out a bit if shoulder flexibility is the issue.
