    I posted in here a month or two ago. Took some advice.

    Bigdog,

    I looked back at your first video and this one, and frankly, I do not see a great deal of difference, other than you are now squatting w/o shoes (not recommended). I did not review your prior thread and recommendations, so I'm not sure which advice you followed. You appear to be squatting high bar style. If you want to do the SS Squat (low bar), review Rip's squat videos (w/o bar, under the bar, bar position). The good news, you seem to be fairly strong. I'm significantly older than you, and I just unlearned some bad habits, so I'm sure you can do it too. Go see a SS Coach if there is one within your area.

    I'm old enough to be your father so stop thinking of yourself as old. Depth is a little shy. You are doing high bar and not low bar. Wear shoes. Other than that they don't look too bad. Go see a coach.
