    Default CNS fatigue?

    • starting strength seminar august 2024
    • starting strength seminar october 2024
    • starting strength seminar december 2024
    The more reading I'm doing the more times I'm coming across that "your central nervous system (CNS) also needs time to recover". I'm not exactly sure what CNS fatigue is or what the symptoms are.

    For instance, I don't feel 100% recovered from last nights work out, but I would describe it as muscular fatigue, but mostly because I don't know what the heck an unrecovered CNS feels like.

    Thanks, that was a good read. It appears that at my current progress/program CNS fatigue is a non-issue. Yay me!
