    Good morning!

After a little bit of reading and some other form checks I have my last working set of squat below. I'm currently about 10 pages into SSBBT 3e. Any and all constructive criticism and tips are appreciated.

Are the above changes okay? If there are some other specifics that I need to address, please let me know. Thanks!

Yes. Reading is fundamental! Now, in SS:BBT - does it say anywhere in the squat chapter to put plates under your heels? NO. NO IT DOES NOT.

Setting that aside, you need some WL shoes, chucks are shitty for WL. You need to get your knees out better, and you need to let them track forward just a bit more. Stance is probably a little wide - but hard to tell from this camera angle.

Thanks for the coaching points. Have had the Adipower's sitting in my cart on Amazon. Having a hard time pulling the $180 trigger.

You don't have to explain your choices to me. I'm just here to judge them.

Probably the most valuable lesson learned today, or even on the forum, or life in general.
