    Hi Coach Rip,

I would like to ask that do long arms require a wider grip on exercises such as press, pull ups(or even power cleans, deadlifts) etc.? Long humerus specifically. Because i noted that you normally gauge grip width using shoulder width in your SS:BBT book. But mine is quite a special case, my shoulder is not very wide but i have rather long arms(long humerus), so do i need to use a wider grip than usual?

Thanks alot and i appreciate your help.

Press grip is set for shoulder width, not arm length. We try to minimize the distance between grip and shoulder joint so that the levers work better.
