    Rip,

    This is the first time I've shot my squats on video and would like to have your comments on my present form.

    It seems as though my posture could be more chest up.

    I'm doing a Sheaffer routine after resetting the weights, that's why my last set is seven reps.

    I'm 180 (5ft9) and 91kg (200lbs).

    They look pretty close to textbook to me, except for the high bar position, pointed out to me after a hasty viewing by our more careful friend mlentzner. Bad angle for viewing depth.

    I've been unsure about the bar position. Possibly the reason for the feeling I have about having the chest more up. I'll try and put it lower on monday and see how it feels.
