is there anything i can do to make it heal faster? i don't want to lay off.

Super glue and use straps for your lifting until healed.

Spit and rub some dirt in it.

I second cody's rec - use straps or gymnastic grips will help until it heals.

    FTFY

Donny Shankle could easily become the R. Lee Ermey of voice acting. Or regular acting too, I guess, esp. if they make a sequel to the disappointing Gods and Generals. A few years ago I bought the Bible-on-tape he narrated and listened to the whole glorious thing end to end..........I'm not even a Christian.
