We'd love to help you, bu the very first thing you must do is get correct sized plates. The plates in these videos are too small in diameter for correct set-up. You either need to get some correct sized plates, or space the bar up to the correct height off of the ground.

Once you do this, post ONE video of a heavy work set, as instructed in the sticky.

Can't you comment on this form regardless to the plates height?

No. Correct set-up is dependent upon correct bar height.

As easy as that was there's no reason you can't put 45s on that bar and get a proper form check. A form check is useless unless you're actually having to try anyway.

Steve is correct. Get "big boy" plates, then come back. Having said that, there is at least one thing that can be corrected in the meantime, which is: stand all the way up. You're hips aren't opening all the way at the top. If for whatever reason that cue doesn't work (though it should), try squeezing your butt real hard at the top of the rep.

More importantly, get full sized olympic plates and have someone either hold the camera still or set it on a fixed object.

Mostafa, I believe the red plates that the man who is benching in the background of your video are the correct diameter, you could use those.
