    Hi guys,

I'm staying in Davenport on holiday from the UK in September for a couple of weeks and was wondering if anyone could recommend any good 'lifting friendly' gyms in the area please?

    Thanks for the help.

No problem. Enjoy your time in Central Florida. Be forewarned, September is a very difficult month in Florida. Our heat and humidity reach their peak, but the beaches and theme parks are usually wide open, as most folks are occupied with the beginning of the acamdeic year. Also, I think its the busiest month for hurricanes. Nevertheless, if you plan appropriately and anticipate the issues, you can have an awesome time.

Aye, while we dont get much direct hurricane action we do get the torrential rainstorms on the back of it almost daily. You should probably plan on not being outside between 3-7pm.

Use this 3-7 pm time to watch TV, do laundry, take a nap, rehydrate, go grocery shopping, go to gym, etc. Its a little backwards but if you schedule your time, you can make it work. Then you can really enjoy your evenings, sunsets, sunrises, mornings on the beach, etc.
