Rip, I know I can be a pain in the rear, but I have benefited tremendously from this Web site.
Last June I had a hand/at Injury and I've managed to get it back 95%. Last Friday my right hand grip almost failed at a meager 195lb deadlift. Changed to the hook grip and the bar went up like there were no weights on it. Great video you have on the hook grip. See you again at 3 plates.
