Deadlift Question
I am having a hard time getting the correct form on the DL. I have read SS and watched multiple SS videos where Rip coaches the lift. My problem is when following the procedure and bring my shins to the bar I cannot "squeeze the chest up where the back goes into extension" and "drop my belly to the floor" as indicated in SS video at 1:25 below.

I see what the trainee does in the video, but I can't seem to be able to do it because there seems to be no give in my setup for me to do that -especially if I don't drop my hips once my shins come into contact with the bar. It's almost like the bar has to come off the ground before I can "squeeze the chest up."
