    Default what's a good stationary bike?

    • starting strength seminar december 2024
    • starting strength seminar february 2025
    • starting strength seminar april 2025
    I may be in the market soon and want to do some research into what's good.

    Airdyne. Great for doing intervals. Will last forever. Look for a cheap one on craigslist.

    I know nothing about bikes. What makes the airdyne preferable for intervals?

    There aren't set levels of resistance. The harder you pedal, the harder it gets, which is awesome.

    Ahhh sweet, so for intervals you can just go as hard as you can and not have to worry about changing settings. That is pretty sweet. Thanks guys.
